Looks like fun! I have mild concerns over detritus sliding about in hazardous ways and/or players accidentally colliding, but nothing that can't be addressed with a short "please be careful" before game start.
Suggested variant: targets are coloured rather than numbered and you can visit the targets of each colour in any order but cannot go back to a colour once you leave it. (This is intended to avoid a situation in which a traffic jam occurs in which one or more players cannot useful move for a long time as their timer ticks down.)
