Hi, Kay! Thanks very much for your extremely kind offer. On balance, I'm not going to go ahead with it this year; the good transport deals have gone, there's still a lot to do up here and I need to get an early night on Sunday to get up at 5am for work on Monday. I do really appreciate your offer, though. (I've just been talking to Richard, who kindly called. On top of everything else, you don't need me cluttering up both your flats...)
